While our specialty may be Southeast Asian fare, the multi-cultural breadth and culinary know-how of executive director Irene Khin Wong and her team goes well beyond that. Our talented staff of professional chefs will whisk your palate to all corners of the globe, from Tokyo-born pastry chef Momo’s signature desserts to the colorful varieties of mole concocted by Oaxaca native Julio Caesar.
Richard and Liz, our bartenders, are at the top of their trade. They are true mixology artisans whose repertoires run the gamut from classic drinks to intrepid tropical cocktails. Our signature cocktails include Typhoon Passion Drink, Ho Chi Minh Fizzy, to Passion Fruit Lychee Saketini.
